Two children missing in Hampton found safe after Amber Alert issued: Police

An AMBER Alert was issued on Monday for child abduction, according to VSP. Police said the two children have been missing since Sunday.

According to Hampton Police, on Tuesday morning Timothy Truitt, Jaxon, and Adrianna Truitt have been found and taken into custody safely.



VSP said that these children were believed to be in extreme danger and were last seen at Walmart in Hampton.

The first child missing was one-year-old Adriana Truitt. VSP described her as a white female, with sandy hair, blue eyes, 2 foot 0 inches tall, weighing 30 lbs, last seen wearing a white long-sleeve onesie, gray sweatpants, and red, white, and blue baseball socks.

The second child missing was two-year-old Jaxon Truitt. VSP described him as a biracial male, with brown hair, brown eyes, 3 foot 0 inches tall, weighing 25 lbs, last seen wearing a long sleeve black shirt with “Born to win” in red text, black sweatpants, and gray and blue sneakers.



The children are believed to have been abducted by Timothy Truitt, a white male, with brown hair, and brown eyes, 6 foot 1 inch tall, weighing 175 Lbs, last seen wearing a black shirt with a yellow logo on the chest, gray shorts, and white shoes, according to VSP.
